What is Adult Drivers Education?
Taking an approved Adult Driver's Education course allows new drivers between the age of 18 and 24 to meet Texas adult driver license requirements, as determined by the Texas Department of Public Safety. If you have never had a Texas state driver license and are between the age of 18 and 24, then you must complete adult driver education before you can apply for your driver license.
